- We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrectly shipped.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
2. Exchange Eligibility
- Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be returned in their original, unworn condition with packaging and certification.
3. Steps for Exchange
- Contact enquiry@planetgenesis.com.au with your order number and issue details.
- Once approved, ship the product securely with tracking and insurance.
- Upon verification, a replacement or store credit will be issued.
4. Lifetime Warranty Reference
- If the exchanged item qualifies under the Lifetime Warranty, it will continue to receive complimentary maintenance and service checks every 6 months.
5. Exclusions
- Custom designs, engraved products, and resized jewellery are not eligible for exchange unless defective.
