1. Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be:
- Unworn and in its original condition.
- Accompanied by the original packaging, certificate(s), and invoice.
- Free from any signs of damage, alteration, or wear.
- Returns are not accepted for:
- Custom-made or personalized pieces (including engraved or resized items).
- Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or lack of proper care.
- Products that have been altered or repaired by a third party.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at enquiry@planetgenesis.com.au within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable).
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
- Once approved, ship the item securely using tracked and insured postage.
- Return address will be provided upon approval.
- We recommend keeping your tracking receipt until the return is confirmed.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- For approved defective or misrepresented items, we will cover all return costs.
- Planet Genesis is not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels due to improper packaging or shipping errors.
4. Refunds & Processing Time
- Once we receive and inspect your item, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method only.
- If your return is deemed ineligible, we will notify you and arrange to send the item back at your expense.
- Please note: Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable, unless a manufacturing defect is identified.
5. Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items only.
- If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose a similar item or opt for a store credit/refund.
6. Quality & Inspection
- All returned items undergo a quality assessment by our expert team before approval.
- If any signs of wear, alteration, or damage are found, the return may be refused.
