3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.
  • Payments must be made securely through our approved payment gateways. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Afterpay.
  • If a pricing discrepancy occurs, Planet Genesis reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

6. Lifetime Warranty – 1 Carat and Above Diamonds

  • Planet Genesis Diamond Jewels offers a Lifetime Warranty on individual diamonds weighing 1.00 carat or more (natural or lab-grown).
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects, authenticity, and grading accuracy.
  • Complimentary cleaning and inspection services are provided every 6 months.
  • To maintain warranty validity, inspections must be recorded every 6 months through Planet Genesis or an authorized partner.
  • This warranty excludes accidental damage, loss, theft, or third-party modifications.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All imagery, designs, and content on www.planetgenesis.com.au are the property of Planet Genesis Diamond Jewels.
  • Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution is prohibited.

8. Liability Limitation

  • Planet Genesis Diamond Jewels shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
  • Our maximum liability will not exceed the purchase price of the product.
